I tel Alex forbes 25.04 btween 10 and 3. I 1st spoke to Zanele who informed me that candice smit was not in she would take a mes 4 me. I called 12 hr later, candice still werent in. I asked Zanele if there was any1 else who could help. She asked for my fund name and prom some1 would call me, nobody did. I called again and spoke to Alicia (I was angry by now). Apparently Candiced just walked in, I refusewd to give Alicia my details because Z had them already. Candice called me back with attitude and informed me that she is not handling my claim and she would get bck to me in 5 or 10 mins. I tried call her after an hr and eventually spoke to bongi bongi gave me the tel num 2892601 for her manger, but later changed it to 2690792 guess who answeres the fone candice, i asked her y she did not call me she told me she was in a meeting i asked her why she did not give me a courtsy call at least and she told me to stop moaning. i was mad and screaming and shouting. she told me tht she would call me back by the end of the day. I telephone her boss peter clark 2692601 and left a mess at 3pm for him, he hast called bavk as well. how do i get compensated 4my time or air time.these calls r record
