Hi All
My moemish for this year is MTN. After 10 days long days, finally my sim card get re-activated. However,
MTN needs to train their consultants a bit more, firstly I call in to blacklist my phone and I get this consultant who does not only have attitude but also doesn't seem to know her job. I was a consultant, I know the procedures, I had to literally work her through in doing her own job, after 20 long minutes of agueing with her, she finally managed to blacklist my phone, at some point I asked to speak to her manager but she refused.
I think I've been in contact with MTN more than 10 times in the past 10 days, all giving me different stories. Personal advise MTN, please try to allign your procedures across all consultants and MTN stores because I doubt if any client like running around like a headless chicken, I don't mind security checks and sensitivity, but please give us the same story/procedure, and please call clients back when you promise to call them back. I called on Sat & spoke to a team leader, he promised to have someone call me back but no one did. Spoke to someone again on Mon, she gave me a different story about a network fault on my sim card, blah blah etc
