The Terror of Dealing with Discovery

Discovery Insure has taken the the title of the most Horrible, Impossible, Rude, and... I must say they deserve the Title of being the worst company in SA. To cut a long story short 2 hours on phone)
Friday > I asked for an insurance quote and was given that promptly and I accepted.
Saturday> When I received the the policy document I realized that they have given me a "restricted driver Policy" called back and they gave me a new quote which was significantly higher, I rejected this and the consultant said he will consult with team leader and call back.
Saturday> I then noticed the car details were wrong on the policy I called again, spoke to another consultant and after quoting me again another higher premium I was not happy and the consultant said he will speak to the team leader and get back to me. (still waiting)
Monday> Called and asked what is going on and ask that the policy be cancelled because it technically invalid. I also ask the consultant to confirm that they will not be any debit order on my acc.
...
The short of it I was left with a negative balance and no petrol to work and 2 hour calls to mean consultant finally a rock called Prince Lewis.
