ATT MANAGER: Argued with me and spoke over me

I've just received a call as feedback from my complaint from earlier today. Donovan Chetty spoke with me. He called to tell me to wait 90 days. When i asked why it will take so long when i have already waited very long and been told to wait 90 days before, he started to argue with me and speak over me a number of times before i could not get a word in and had to hang up. I accept that you have procedures to follow. I'm not happy about that but that is not what i am upset about. I am writing to tell you that one of your consultants was rude to me on the phone and spoke over me when i asked how long i must wait. I will not be spoken to like that. I want to know by email how this will be dealt with and how long my refund is still going to take. I am done taking excuses.
