WORST NETWORK . Account suspened for no reason

I have a two year contract with Cell C, after four months of the contract i started having problems with them suspending my line even though my payments are up to date. When i went to the store with my proofs of payment, they informed me that my account showed that i was in arrears yet i had my deposit slips in front of them as proof of payments. All they did was fax it to they " Legal" department which i must say is NO help what so ever. My line was contected after two weeks but my account has not been updated. Every month my service is suspended, which is an inconvience to me yet i am still sending the proof of payment to them. This is the WORST service network ever. When you call the call centre they say that we must fax proof again to them so they will lay a claim. It cost more to keep faxing these proof of payment than using the contact. Up Till today i have not been helped and service is still suspened.
