Billed for nothing! I want my money back!

I have been unknowingly subscribed to this smart call technology nonsense that has billed me over 400 2 months in a row where and when i subscribed to this i dont know, i dont even know what smart call technology does. I am using a tablet that cannot phone off of so why would i subscribe to something involving smart call? I am currently with cell c and they told me to call smart call technology for my money back. I want my money back! And this unknown subscription to be cancelled immediately!
