MTN account billed by Smart Call

I checked my invoice and to my surprise there was an unknown amount of R552.72 debit on it.
I contacted my service provider and was informed that this amount was for something I subscribed to on the internet. It was indeed Smart Call and that I am being charged R15 per day for a SMS.
I am not aware of any so called subscription. It is outrageous that something like this can happen.
How do I cancel this and how do I get a refund?
