Billing for CONTENT not subscribed to

I have a Cell C contract and are charged for CONTENT I did not subscribe to at R17.55 per month. My cell phone bill has doubled. I contacted Smart Call (got their details from Autopage) on 082 241 4949 and they agreed to cancel the so called subscription effective within 24 hrs. I will check daily to monitor and I would appreciate a refund - total billed to date over R600.00.
