Incorrect migration charges

I was charged over R1000 to migrate my Altech Autopage contract which is over 12 months old (it should be free to migrate after 12 months). I have the signed migration contract stating that the charges would be zero (R0.00) and was never informed that this migration would cost me money.
How can I be charged without my signed consent???
I would appreciate feedback regarding this.
