Vodacom - Pathetic (Deactivated line)

My wife has been shoved from pillar to post with Vodacom

My contact number was 0798733133 until it was deactivated
I am away on business in another country my phone was working fine until
17 July when i received my last message saying it was deactivated since then
my wife has been calling and spent an hours at vodaworld with no results

I moved my number from business to my personal name beginning of July and upgraded my contract
I have no access to a phone or internet and asked my wife to contact vodacom to sort out
she has been told they can not discuss the matter with her although i have given her all my information

I want this issue to be sorted out asap as it stands my number does not exist
My wife needs to be contacted as i have no line or internet access
