Incompetence is mind blowing AGAIN

After my 1st complaint which was still not taken care of, here is another mind blowing incompetence problem I am having. On the 27/04/2013 I went in to do my upgrade, got the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 with a 1gig data bundle for R299 pm, so, I went in the very next day the 28/04/2013 Sunday, to migrate to the 2gig data bundle for R329 pm. Signed papers and everything. I went into the store yesterday to make sure that my migration will be effective for today the 1st June. Guess what, it's not done!!!
SO YET AGAIN THERE'S A PROBLEM THAT NEEDS FIXING!!! DID MENTION ITS ANOTHER MISHAP IN 1 MONTH FROM THE SAME STORE?
I WANT MY 2GIG MIGRATION FOR R329 PM MONTH DONE NOW LIKE I SIGNED FOR ON THE 28 APRIL.
I WANT THAT 2GIGS THAT I NEEDED. I phoned into your cell center and they said that should I migrate now, I will be charged over R479 or more.
So Kim, what are you going to tell me this time.
Before we go further, let me state that, I saw my migration was approved and will be effective from this month on the computer screen shown to me by the consultant AND I RECORDED OUR ENTIRE CONVERSATION ON THE TABLET ON THE YESTERDAY! AGREEING THAT MY MIGRATION WAS APPROVED FOR R329PM FROM TODAY! 2gig
