I was due for an upgrade in February with MTN for a new phone. i contacted them and i wanted an iphone5, Thabiso who was a sales consulted told me that the phone was not available on top-up 200 but only on an open line. He also advised me to take the phone on open line because I wanted the phone so badly but i will have to manage the account for 3 months then i will have to migrate. After 3 months in june, End June i Contacted MTN and the consultant checked for me and veryfied that i can migrate then after told me to go to a service provider because i will have to sign documents. i went to Tubatse mall MTN in Burgersfort, i was told that i cannot migrate beacuse i was signed up for a line that cannot be changed. I contacted MTN complaints department and laid my complain. A lady contacted me and told me that the issue will be resolved because i was misled by the person who helped me to sign up the contract. Thabiso then came to me at my work place and said i must sign a migration document and everything will be in order but there is a migration fee that will be charged in my account. i signed but nothing has changed yet. Help.
