Can't phone cutomer care when line is suspended

I often forget to pay my account, which is entirely my fault, and only realise it when my line gets suspended. My issue is, that when my line is suspended, and I want to fix it, I can't phone the customer care number 123 or the billing department number 129 from my cellphone. How am I supposed to resolve the issue? I have sent them numerous emails on the Virgin mobile website, to ask for help or to report this issue, and I only get an automated response back.

My account has been paid for more than a week now, and my line is still suspended with no word or communication from them.
