UNAUTHORIZED BILLING AND THEN SUSPENSION!!

Virgin Mobile has been incorrectly billing my account since February 2013, they are helping themselves to additional funds every month and when calling the accounts department in May 2013 I was told that in fact the amount was questionable and unauthorised. I was assured that a billing query would be placed and my money refunded after the findings were verified. I didn't hear back from them.
Upon calling yesterday I informed them that I hadn't yet made payment as I needed to know the amount I needed to pay in taking into account that there was supposed to be a credit amount owing to us. I was told that they still hadn't investigated my previous query and that they would leave a comment on the account to urgently investigate and not to suspend cellular services until the investigation had been completed, my phone lines were suspended last night.
I called again today where I spoke to customer service agent Zanele and I was refused help. She claimed that there are 3 lines on my account but I only have 2 contracts active with VMSA.
As this is a blatant breach of contract on behalf of Virgin Mobile they have caused the contract to become legally voidable. I WANT TO VOID!!!
