Bad service and empty promises

I have logged a call with Cell C helpdesk on the 27th of Feb 2013 regarding the poor service and connection issues i have been having for the last few weeks. Actual call that was logged:

The past few weeks, i encounter a lot of latency and lots of packet loss. the problem seems to be constant. The dongle i have is up to date (firmware wise) but the problem is causing a lot of frustration. Something is very wrong. Please help. Thanks

Ever since i have never heard of them and every time i phone back, they make empty promises to call me back but the never did. I must still pay for this every month but i have no connection at all. This morning i spoke to Mpho and i asked her to let me speak to her supervisor, who was again on another call - seems like that every time i phone - and then she just hung up on me. Very poor manners Mpho.

Please help me sort this issue asap. You are steeling my money!!!
