Requested my upgrade and to have number ported at the same time. Handset was delivered... well done!!! Then called call centre to activate the port, was told to go into a store, Store at Canal Walk told me all is set to go at the end of June the current account will cease and the new account will become active. On 11 July I called the call centre and discovered the request to have the number ported never took place. 10 minutes later got a call to inform me that it has been requested and new account should be active within 24 hours... needless to say it is a week later and I am still using the current account. Phoned the call centre again today and have been put through from the call centre to upgrades, explain the situation get transferred to the call centre, explain the situation get transferred to upgrades...
Can you please employ competent helpful employees?
