Not receiving invoices for all the umbers on my account. Requested on 29 May that they mail the missing invoices to me. Requested it again on 24 June & 4 July but no response and still waiting for the outstanding invoices. Phoned the call centre on 4 July and requested again that they mail the missing invoices. The call centre operator said that I will be charged R 21 per invoice and I will receive the missing invoices within 48 hours at the most. It;s now 8 July and I'm still waiting for the invoices.

During all of this I also tried to access my invoices on MTN active - but this service is also not working correctly. I used my cell number to register but the MTN active profile is in another person's name (Brian Holdrige). I've phoned and sent numerous mails to get this fixed but yet again I'm still waiting. This is an error on MTN's side as my number has never been on Brian HOldrige's account and I have no idea who this person is. The account number on the MTN active profile also does not correspond with my MTN account number. To date I've sent 9 mails and phoned the MTN active centre 4 times to get this fixed but it's still not fixed
