Making their errors my problem!!!

I added an additional number to my 8ta 10G a month package. I was told it would take - 2hours to become active.By the next day it was not yet active. I phoned the call centre. After being passed from person to person, promised to be called back twice, and being hung up on 4 times, i was informed that it would take up to 24hours to become active. After 48 hours it was still not active. I phoned the call centre again and was informed this time that the person who activated the system had done it incorrectly and that they would have to do it again. I would have to go back to the store and start the whole process again. I was then told that they would send an email to the store manager with the details, i requested that he call me within 10 minutes to sort out this issue, he did not call, i then tried to call the area manager who is not available but they promised to get the store manager to call me... I AM STILL Waiting!!
I am sure I will just get a Generic reply about being investigated and will revert.
The service I received from 8ta is disgusting, Lets see if they what they are going to do to keep my business... they are really going to have to go more then the extra mile.
