I asked for an explanation as to why I had exceeded my 2 gigs of data in one month. I was given a report of a data analysis and was promised that Warren would call me the following day with an explanation
Two weeks have lapsed and still no call after I have repeatedly sent emails for an answer
This is shocking that nobody can get back to me
