I 've had the account with std bank for as long as i can remember and have not had any problems with them until recently.
sometimes in may i transferred money to a friend and i thought i made a mistake with one number, then i called their call centre and explain the story and i told them that should the money go to any other account beside the one i wanted to go which i gave the account number they must reverse.

The consultant that I spoke to did not explain to me that i will be charge for reversal
secondly the money went to the correct acc number meaning there was no reversal done.
This happened in May the whole of June the bank did not deduct anything, only the third week of July that when they deduct. all I need is my money back

The other thing i received sms regarding moving the account to access acc then i phoned the call centre they explained to me that i will not be charge if i do my withdrawal from std bank . there will be a monthly fee of 59.00 then i was happy I asked them to activate, but guess what whenever I do my withdrawals from std bank ATM I'm being charged . then I phoned them i was told that I need to go to the branch how possible is that
