This is my reply that i received from Cybersmart to a complaint that they are deducting money via debit order but i am no longer a client. And as expected there has been no refund and no record as per their call centre of the promise made below. I wonder what the excuse is now. Time to take to the forums, consumer council and small claims court. maybe they will then return my money.

We would like to apologize for your experience with your account with us.
A look into your account showed that there was a human error made on the accounts billing Department.

We have corrected the mistake and made the needed arraignments for you to be refunded the two months you have been incorrectly billed.

Refunds are processed on the 15th of every month and your money should reflect in your account within the normal 24 hour transfer period.
