Paid of contracts and still billed for it

I cancelled my contracts last month, paid off both contracts by EFT, and then phoned back a few days later to confirm they are cancelled. According to MTN everything was fine and cancelled.

Now I see on the 1st of June MTN took R498, 98 out my account, while I FULLY paid the contracts.

Reference numbers of all the conversations:
Cancellation: 100474235 and 100474400 and the second call to confirm that the money was received and the contracts cancelled is 100567758.

I would appreciate if my money is paid back into my account ASAP!
I spend a lot of time and money calling them from Belgium and sorting this out, and somebody clearly didn't cancel my contracts.

I emailed them with this problem and 14 days later still didn't get any reply. I can't sit and call them from Belgium and be kept on hold for 45 minutes!
