In April 2013 I phoned the call centre to find out about migrating and was told that if I wait till June 2013 and then migrate there will be no fee seeing that the account will be 12 months old.
So in June 2013 I put in my migration . week later got a phone call saying that there is now a fee of R4200.
I phoned them and after speaking with almost everybody there I was told that they will come back to me the next day, and THEY NEVER phone back. so 2 days later I phoned and spoke to a manager there and was told they investigated the advice I was given and they will put the migration through with no fee like I was told. Week later a very nice lady from the accounts department phoned me and said they cant credit the R4200 yet because it doesn't show on my account yet and she will credit it july 2013 when it shows on the account and will take between 7-14 days. Today is 16 and when I phoned to find out what is going on the Lee person tells me she cant see anything on the account about my issue then 5 min later comes back to me and says they are not going to keep there agreement with me and I have to pay the R4200 else no migration. SO WHY MUST I KEEP MY AGREEMENT AND PAY MY ACCOUNT???
