CHARGING PER MINUTE RATES AND NOT PER SECOND

I upgraded my talk 100 account to a talk 240 plus through Autopage due to the advise by the sales person from the Cape Gate Branch. He advised that this will be a better option due to the minutes I use as well as due to the fact that it is billed per second. Since then my monthly deductions have risen from R800.00 to as much as R1890.00.
GREAT SAVING!! For the past month I have tried without any recourse to get a refund. But they just don't phone back or provide me with my refund. THE BEST THING IS THEY KEEP DEDUCTING THESE HUGE AMOUNTS.
To top all of this I have a great additional service on my data bundle which costs me a additional R19.74 called My account pro which I never requested as per my contract. Once again no luck on this one. The Sales person also advised me that my maximum amount to be deducted from my data bundle deal will be R99.99 as per the contract.
GREAT DEAL FROM CAPE GATE ITS ACTUALLY R320 for some reason. I was advised that after the usage is complete the connection wont be able to connect unless I upload more data.
