My boyfriend bought contract special fones 3months ago which is samsung s3 and galaxy tab 10. Now we experiencing technical problem with the fones as now S3 will keep on giving errors and its freezing now and again, the tablet doesn't want to charge. Or if it charges that wil take 3 days for the battery to be full even though not disturbed, it will keep on showing charging 4% for hours and then turns off. My boyfriend did take the S3 back to mtn and the 1 consultant will talk about software and needs to be taken for upgrade and the other will say its a new fone and can be replaced with another 1. I believe that it is still a br? nd new fone and we expecting to get new 1 because it means it will keep on giving him a problem and always has to take it back for repair and wait for 10days with no fone because mtn is selling cheap and damaged goods to their customers. Either they gonna give him new fones or we don't want the contract any more because they don't care about their customers.

If this matter is not resolved asap I will then go to CPA to have our rights listened too.
