I applied for a cell fone contract in April @ the CHATS CENTRE NM. On application, I was tld tht the fone (colour) I wanted was only available on MTN network. BEFORE my application was approved n BEFORE collecting my handset, I asked that my contract b changed to the CellC network. I was told tht ths wont b a problem n thy will do the necessary. I collected my fone on the 19 Apr. Since collection, I took the iniative to query tht the MTN contract was terminated several times. I was constantly advised tht it has been. To my surprise I received a bill for 2 cell fones. I've called the store tons of times n the agent neva calls me bck or always has excuses. All says is that the termination is pending n thy will contact the store n get bck to me. Today I received my new mnths bill charging me for 2 fones again. The lack of urgency from the store and the lack of knowldege @ IS extremely frustrating. The query was logged almost 2 months ago n no one seems to knw hw to resolve me query. I'm havn to pay the price for some1 else's incompetence. Obvioulsy, we as customers are not taken seriously so I've decided to take ths up legally. Maybe then I will get the service that I'm paying for.
