CNA MANAGER REFUSES CASH REFUND ON NEW CELL FONE

I bought 2 brand new Nokia 201 cell fones on the 01-09-2013 from the above mentioned store, the next day I returned to the store with one of the brand new un-used fones still in the box and advised the manger Laeeka that I had a change of heart regarding my purchase and that I would like a cash refund for the one fone but, that I was going to keep the other one, after a long chat with manager Laeeka, advised that according to their policy they do not refund cash on cell fone purchases end of story.
