I'm currently having a cellphone contract with fonechoice on a HC G88 BLACK which comenced on July 2012, I the used the two .cellfones as the package came with tow fones.

In March the fones started giving me problems and not turning on at all towards the end of March, I then call the fonechoice customer service and explained my problem to one of their consultant. then he explained to me that they will arrange collectiion for the fones to be collected and that was towards the first week of may. Till today I h
ave not heard a word from any of the fonechpoice's consultant as he promissed to call me back to arrange for the fones to be picked up from me to them.

I really dont understand that can a customer be expected to pay their contracts while their fones are dead and not being used. and also I cant belive that such a huge company can fail a loyal costomer like and they've lost a customer as I'd never arrange any business with them in future because this really shows that they don't value their customers.
