I applied for a contract and cancelled the deal, my pre-paid number was converted to contract without my knowledges as i was under the impression i cancelled the deal. A debit order went on my account from MTN then i realised that the contract was never cancelled then the manner was taken up with the consultant that did the application (Zahid Kola) The consultant then assured me that everything will be reverted in that manner my number was ported back to pre-paid and my airtime was lost. Zahid assured me that i will receive my airtime back and courtsey airtime for inconnvience within 24hours from the 4July 2013 up untill today i have not received my airtime, i keep on calling with regards to feedback but no response.
PLEASE CAN THIS MATTER BE SORTED OUT WITH MTN ASAP
