I received a call from one of the consultant enquiring about the airtime I received and who I got it from I told him I don't know who sent me the airtime and I even offered to pay it back because I took it as my luck when I received the sms notifying me of the R29 rand airtime sent to me cause when I checked the number I didn't't know it and since it was a Vodacom number I didn't't think too much of it coz I always get sms that if I buy airtime for so much I will get free airtime and since I buy airtime on regular basis I thought it was one of those now I was surprise to receive a call and when I offered to pay the airtime back your consultant rudely told me its not about the airtime now my number has been suspended and as I have been your customer since 2009 I find this behaviour rude and inappropriate now if this does not get sorted out and an apology is not sent to me in writing will stop paying for the phone cause I can not have a demo as a phone as I can't call or send massage... because someone made a mistake and does not want to take responsibility... as I said to your consultant I don't mind paying back d airtime
