MTN and its USELESS Area Manage

Once again I come back complaining about MTN. Its a week and my line is still not working I have fought with the MTN staff in Silverton and even ended up talking to the Area Manager he promised me that my line would work and that was last week already its a new week and my line is still not working. Izak Joubert Area Manager for MTN is a useless manager who makes nothing but empty promises, who doesn't answer calls and even get back to us. HE IS USELESS!!! I have had it with MTN and its incompetent employees. People like Izak should be removed as Managers and the position should be given to people who deserve to be managers. I am fed-up with MTN.
