Debit order after contract cancelled

I attempted to cancel my contract in October, it was not done.
I called again in November and it was cancelled only after i received my new airtime.
Today 2nd December, i have been cut off twice with the call centre.
I have had to deal with rude call centre consultants who dont know who to put me through to.
My account was debited again this month and i received R300 airtime!
Now i cannot use my phone until the airtime has been revoked, very inconvenient.
Zanele in your call centre has a huge attitude problem and I am so glad I cancelled my contract.
Someone needs to get back to me to explain what is goign on with our accounts department and confirm my charges.
