I have been a loyal Vodacom contract customer for many years. I had two cellphones last year, one contract came to expiry and I had over R1000 airtime on that phone number, the number was converted to pre-paid. Because I have two phones I have not used this converted pre-paid number in many months and recently wanted to utilize my available airtime. I was told by Bright water commons branch after looking on the system that the sim card in invalid as it was not used after 3 months and therefore terminated so I have lost my airtime! This is surely against consumer rights, I paid my contract for 24 months, put airtime on my phone, converted the sim - it should not matter how many months go by - my money should be available to spend. Please get back to me I am disgusted by this!
