In February this year, contacted the call centre as I wanted to take out an additional contract. I spoke to Sipho in Sales and settled on the Samsung Glaxy tab. Sipho advsied me that if I was not happy with the product that I could return it within 10 working days. When I received it, I used it for a few days then realized that I dont want it as it was too expensive on the data charges. I called Mtn and Sipho advised that he will send the courier service to collect it and the contract will be cancelled. I expected to be charged end of March on a pro rata basis, but they chrged me in full R259. I called them to make sure that they cancelled the contract and was assured that it was cancelled. end of April, May and June they still took the money from my account, despite numerous calls, they just transfer me to diffrent departments, but nobody knows what the they are doing. they keep telling me that it is at the cancellations department, but they are still my money. My contract is ending soon and i will definitely be changing my network, MTN ARE
