No courier to collect phone

I cancelled a contract on the 24 August 2013. They said the courier will collect the phone within 10 - 14 working days. On the 17 September 2013 I phoned again. Then I was told the contract was never cancelled. They eventually found the initial cancellation with ref # EC-ZH2K-2JK93T. Again they assured me the courier will collect the phone within 4 - 6 working days. Ref # S3-T1L2L-LLEXN. On the 30 September I phoned again. Then I was told it is up to the courier to come collect the phone and was given no time period. I advised them that I will leave country soon and also asked them to refund my money they have taken and still continue to take. Still no courier or contact from them. The contract has been cancelled for 44 days already. Last call ref # A103IC7ML13B. The number that was cancelled is 0824987644.
