30th May 2013 I got a call from an FNB agent Sipho Mhloli telling me that I as a cellphone banking customer who purchases airtime regularly qualify for 2 phones on a 24 months contract and will only pay R150.
Interested as I was asked him to call him back so as to converse with my husband. I called him back to say YES Im interested and the package was delivered the next day.
On the 3rd of June R150 was debited from my FNB account, to my surprise no airtime was loaded. I called to check what happened I was told that the airtime went to the 2 new sim cards. We then agreed that it should then be transfared to my prepaid existing number and my husband. The following day I was without BIS for 2 days and my 484 talking points we cancelled as well as my husbands. I then got an sms saying that my account will be debited again with the R150. I called the FNB sales dpt again spoke to some guy and said he will ask Sipho to call me again. He was so RUDE and told me that this is stressing him and forgeting that I as a customer am further frustated. I have now decided to look for another BANK and cellphone provider as these two are defrauding me. I want my all my accounts with them cancelled
