The end of April 2013 I upgraded from a Pay as you go contact to a R750 Anytime package at Mtn. Since then I have been charged various amounts for Packet Switch Data calls? According to my contract with Mtn I receive 650 Mb per month free data. I have made various queries at Mtn Piketberg and also logged Queries myself on MTN Active. I also phoned the call centres many times. The lady at Mtn Piketberg was very helpfull and tried her utmost to help. She came back to me and reported that I was goiing to receive a credit on my account of R498. I have been checking my data on a daily basis and are sure that I did not exceed my data usage. When I checked my unbilled balances today, I was again charged R321 for Packet switch data calls!! This is totally unexceptable.
A querie that I made in May 2013 on MTN Active was only picked up on the 10th of July and I was told to go back tot their customer care line! That I am not goiing to do, because most of the consultants cannot speak my language and their English is also very hard to understand.
