Packet Switched Data Calls

For the first few months i used the included 500mb data bundle i got free with my contract and only exceed once when my children were back from holiday in September thereafter i didnt use it.

For the past 2 months i get "packet switched data calls" on my invoice even though the sim is not in use and not even in my cellphone. I don't even know what is that. MTN debited 5 792.18 from my account in December 2013, how many Gigs did i use to pay 5 792.18. Even my kids have 10Gigs with 8ta and they never exceeded to that amount. I am truly angry with MTN and to make it worse the staff in Phalaborwa is unhelpful, they have no idea or even care to assist me.
