I have a 2G Data bundle with MTN. For -14 months I was unable to use my total Data Bundle. I received my July Invoice totalling R 725.04 of which R 312.32 is for Packet Switch Data Calls (PSD Calls). I phoned MTN on 1 August 2013 and they kept me on the line for almost 30 min without explaining anything. When I ask the operator what PSD Calls are he indicated that I have exceeded my Data Bundle limit and the PSD Calls are for additional Data, however when I pointed out to him that my unbilled Invoice for August indicated I had in excess of 500 MB, he could not explain same. I therefore mailed MTN customer care on various occasions and requested an explanation which could not be provided. I Thereafter corresponded with One Musa Twala whom also tendered an explanation stating that it was for excess Data used however when I inquired from him regarding my unbilled Invoices which included PSD Calls already invoiced and on my September Statement on which I still had in excess of 1G, I have not had the courtesy of a reply. I phoned Head office on 23 September and left a message to contact me which has not happened. I have been billed for PSD calls on 2 invoices while having Data left.
