I am being charged with excessive PSD Calls on my account. I have referred the matter to the accounts department and have also logged a query (no 3121274) for a full investigation on my account with regard to PSD Calls. I receive 200mb of data free every month (8th). I have also set the limit on my phone and once I reach the limit, the phone automatically disable the connection and once this has happened, I am not able to use bbm, whatsapp or anything else that requires data and have to enable the data again (buy more data) or be charged to my account for data used. According to the call centre, as well as my local branch, any data that I use will go off the data I receive (200mb), PSD Calls included, whereafter I will be charged once I reach my limit. However, I still have about 30mb of data left on my phone, but are being charged with PSD Calls (R113 for one call) which I am not sure what it could be. I have restricted background data and are also using wifi during the day, so how is it possible that they charge me. On 16 Dec 2013 they charged me for certain calls and others were free while I am on a wifi connection, Please help.
