Shocked and disgusted with nightshift advertisg

Im a vodacom suscriber for the past 10 years, im really disspointed with the way ur advertising techniques that are given out to the public in regards to the night shift, according to ur advertisment, if a customer purchases a minimum of 12 rand or higher airtime he /she will be entitled to free night shift of 7 days or so
, so i recently purchsed 55 rand airtime knowing to my fact that il get free night shift till a period of 7 days, two days after from the time of recharge i decided to use my nightshift, i was shocked to find out that all my airtime have being all taken away after i made a call!!! i then phoned vodacom customer service, and i was shocked when the call operater told that me im not entitled to night shift beacuse on the day that previous night shift expired i recharged and it doesnt get carried over, basically it means il only get night shift after my previous night shift expires, yet i recharged expecting me to have 7 days extra nightshift!!! I HONESTLY FEEL THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING AND I FEEL VERY RIPPED OF!!!
