Day 7 and even worse service no consistancy

Its Day 7 and my internet latency is even worse. avarage 2100 ms. I have already sent in my cancellation letter to Cybersmart but have to deal with their service for 30 days. A person called me today asking if the network is ok today and it actually was working wonderfully. 2 hours later this happens. latency to my work pings of 2100 ms to a company only 30 kms away. So I truely hope everyone understands how poor the service is. also this is a 2meg line and i still have not even used a gig of there service. No point in calling in you will wait for at least 15-30 minutes to get somebody on the line. Cybersmart should implement a email system for contact as well for support. FYI it took them 3 days to get Telkom out to investigate what was wrong with the lines.
