Hi there
I am very sad to have to send this email but I am unable to get hold of t he customer care of MTN. I have tried phoning and this is proving to be an impossible task. For the last 2 weeks, I have been having to load so much airtime, its ridiculous. I get told you have one minute remaining, then I get told your airtime has been exhausted. Then I go and check my airtime and it says I have R19.43, but when I use the telephonic airtime balance option it tells me that I have R0.01. Which is impossible! Please can someone see to it that I get my airtime back, I have spent a lot of money on airtime and it is getting a bit much now. This is quite unacceptable.
I am sorry to have to send this mail but unfortunately in this economy, we have to complain when we are unhappy.
