Airtime deducted without my concern

This people have been deducting R7 airtime daily from my account from August 2013. I never subscribed anything with them, I didn't even know them until the day I decide to call MTN co complain about loosing airtime.
I requested them to refund my airtime of which they refuse and sent me a lousy email saying they a proving that i subscribed.
Please help me get my airtime back as this i completely wrong.
