Disloyalty with Me2U airtime transfe

I'm so unhappy with MTN I believe that there was a technical error with their system, last night I was supposed to receive Me2U. R30, 00 airtime from 0730423266 tranfer to *141*6328*0780426857*30# but I never received it, when we query with customer service they tell us that I received that airtime and treat me as if I'm a but when I check the balance nothing has changed and I didn't even receive an SMS but the number that send airtime received SMS notification. This transfer happened last night 11 Feb 2013 at 19:23 but still on this today's day I haven't received any airtime but MTN keep on insisting that airtime was received. I think they must check their records on the system. I want to know what happened to that R30, 00 airtime becaused it was paid for, though it was never used. Please MTN must be loyal to its customers.
