MTN Mahala, taking money when loading airtime

Every single time I upload airtime on this pay-as-you-go number, airtime goes missing as shows as being mahala airtime that you just cannot use! Every time I upload R60 to just keep the BIS active, it says that I have insufficient funds, and when I go and have a look it says that the airtime is mahala airtime! This is, seriously! Why take my money every single time I load airtime. I dont want to be have this mahala airtime thing on my phone and I demand to have my airtime back that has been taken! I want this matter sorted out and it seems as if I am not the only one experiencing this problem!
