MTN FORDSBURG IS PATHETIC-WILL NOT RENEW CONTRACT

I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH MTN FORDSBURG SINCE 2010. WHEN SIGNING UP MY CONTRACT THEY WERE HELPFUL AND GAVE ME GOOD SERVICE. I RENEWED MY CONTRACT IN 2012 HOWEVER SERVICE LEVELS HAVE SEVERELY DROPPED SINCE THEN. MY 2ND PHONE IN THE 2ND CONTRACT HAD MANY PROBLEMS (BRAND NEW BUT WITHIN 3 MONTHS BUTTONS STOPPED WORKING, PHONE FREEZING, MEMORY CARD BEING WIPED, BATTERY DRAINING). I WAS TOLD TO TAKE THE PHONE TO CROWN MINES BB REPAIR CENTRE AS THEY WOULD RESTORE MY PHONE. EVEN THOUGH I WAS ENTITLED TO A NEW UNIT I AGREED TO BOOK MY PHONE IN PERSONALLY. I RECEIVED MY PHONE AND REALISED THE CAMERA BUTTON WAS NOT WORKING. ONCE AGAIN I CONTACTED THE MTN BRANCH AND I WAS TOLD AGAIN TO TAKE IT THOUGH TO CROWN MINES. IT DID NOT MATTER THAT THEY WOULD BE FASTER BUT THAT MTN FORDSBURG WAS MY SERVICE PROVIDER AND SHOULD HAVE DID THE BOOKING FOR ME.
SECONDLY, EACH TIME I HAD A BILLING QUERY AS I DID THIS MORNING WHEN I RECEIVED AN SMS FROM MTN. I CONTACTED MTN FORDSBURG AND ONCE AGAIN TELL ME TO CALL THE CALL CENTRE TO GET FURTHER CLARITY AS THEY ARE JUST A BRANCH AND CAN NOT ASSIST. AS THEY ARE MOST UNHELPFUL AND LATHARGIC WHEN IT COMES TO EXISTING CUSTOMERS. OTHER MTN'S ASSIST WITH THESE QUERIES
