Useless service

I recently purchased a Nokia lumia 610 from the MTN shop in Fordsburg on a contract, upon receiving my phone i was shocked to find out that the phone did not have the capabilities that i anticipated, it kept losing reception and the bluetooth was non functional. i then returned the phone which was sent for repairs, but to my dismay nothing was done on it, i then asked for them to repair it for a second time and was told to call 808 to lodge a formal complaint, this was done but the call centre told me that i should take it up with the branch manager, i called the branch manager and and was told to come and see him, i am now tired of being sent from pillar to post, beacuse i have a contract that i have to pay and a shoddy product that does not satisfy. i just want this issue to be sorted but i cannot keep paying for somethinf that i do not see fit for me.
