I'm very appalled by the service I received at crown mines Makro and from a specific employee, Luyanda Ncedo, who works for Vericon, he treated me like a. He was very sarcastic and very rude. Is this how they treat everyone who is young? He didn't even apologize and instead laughed the whole time. One of the other employees had to come and assist us to make sure that every thing was fine. Don't you teach employees customer service and how to give the best customer experience. I would like to see some action taken against LUYANDA NCEDO and until then I will continue to let everyone know about the service at Crown mines Makro (Fordsburg).
