Shocking "service" from MTN!

Broke the glass on sony xperia z. Dropped it of on the 15th November at Crown mines MTN as the local store said they could only send it the following Monday. Get an sms a week later stating repair cost is /-R3200. I accept quote. Two weeks later phone and told it will be ready the following Monday or Tuesday. Phone the following Tuesday only to be told they can't fix it because it is a vodacom handset. I am an mtn customer but the phone was through my wifes contract with vodacom.
Ask where the phone is and am told its at crown mines. Drive through to collect it and am told its at Midrand. They then offer to drop it off at my house. One week later and I'm told it is in transit from Midrand to Crown mines.
All this because they couldn't be bothered to check the handset before booking it in and telling me they can't repair it. Nowhere on their paper work does it state that only MTN phones will be repaired.
